MyPoints

MyPoints is a site that you can earn points by shopping through the site - using them as a portal, playing games (but you have to deposit real $), and by reading emails that they send you. I rarely shop through them and do not deposit real money for the games, but I do open up the emails they send to earn 5 points (usually) each. It does take some time to get enough points to be able to cash in for a gift certificate. For example, you can get a $5 Burger King Gift Certificate for 800 points OR for 3500 points for a $25 JC Penny Gift Certificate. I usually end up getting a $25 Wal-Mart Gift Certificate for 3750. If you would like a referral, please email me OR comment on this blog and I will send you a referral. By letting me refer you, you get 125 points and I get 100 points (after a month). I have been with them for several years and have earned a total to date of 42,743 points and redeemed 42,250 points. It only takes me a second to open up the emails and look over them to see if there is something that interests me, if not, I close them and go on with my day.
